SERVPRO is currently dealing with my home after severe wind driven rain damage through the whole house. I originally had another company in my home who did not complete the work they were hired to do and left the damage sit for 3 months. Since switching to SERVPRO, they have treated the matter with urgency and excellent customer service. I will be recommending them to anyone who is in need of their services.

Everyone from SERVPRO was respectful and professional. I don’t  remember everyone’s name but Matt and Andy who did the work were wonderful.

A storm blew our roof off followed by 3+ inches of rain. Every room but one sustained severe damage. Thank you Nick, Kevin, Joe, and Hector for a great job.

A few weeks ago, our basement experienced some flooding from the heavy rains and our sump pump’s inability to keep up with the influx. On a day when finding water mitigation was hard to come by Brian’s team was able to reason within a few hours. Eric and Hector arrived, assessed the damage, got additional pumps running to remove the water and quickly got to work removing the wet carpet, padding, and baseboards. They kept us informed as to what steps they were taking, what equipment they needed to set up and when they would be back to get their dehumidifiers and fans once they ensured all the moisture was gone. Their timely response allowed us to get the space fixed quickly so my mother in law was not displaced for more than a few days. Great work all around!

Kevin and his team are fast. Called them about a flood we had in our home from a broken pipe. He handled the call professionally, sent out his team right away, and cleaned up the mess within the day. He dealt with my insurance adjuster, making sure everything was taken care of. He demo’d, repaired, replaced my ceiling, and had the bathroom fixed above. Looks better than before. If we ever need SERVPRO (hoping we won’t!) in the future, Kevin will be my first call.
